Soper Baji Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1. General Terms

Soper Baji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the soperbaji.com website and all associated services.

2. Account Registration

One Account Per Person:

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security:

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.

3. Age & Eligibility

Soper Baji strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

KYC Verification:

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. The following documents may be needed:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie (holding your ID card)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

4. Financial Transactions

Deposit:

Deposits at Soper Baji can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500, or ৳5,000 for bank transfers. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal:

Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing times are as follows:

Currency:

Soper Baji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Conversion rates will apply for any transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Soper Baji offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

Wagering Requirement:

To withdraw a bonus, you must first wager a specified amount. For example, a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totaling 5 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per user unless otherwise stated
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Evidence of promotional abuse may result in account termination
• Soper Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Soper Baji:

Bet acceptance:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• In-play betting odds are subject to change; the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final
• Soper Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded

Maximum win limit:

A maximum win cap may apply to a single bet. This limit varies by sport and event type and is clearly displayed on the betting page.

Circumstances for bet cancellation:

• If an event starts before its scheduled time
• If clearly incorrect odds are displayed
• If match-fixing or fraud is proven
• If a correct result cannot be determined due to a technical failure

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Soper Baji:

• Opening or operating an account under a false identity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to defraud the platform through betting or any other means
• Attempting bonus arbitrage or system exploitation
• Selling or transferring your account to another person
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's software or systems
• Harassing or causing harm to other users
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Soper Baji:

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. The reason for closure will be communicated after an investigation.

Closed by User:

You can request account closure at any time. Before closing, make sure there are no pending withdrawals. Any remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed.

Inactive Accounts:

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no transaction for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

In short, we do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, except where required by law or requested by a regulatory authority.

10. Responsible Gaming

Soper Baji firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment. We want all our users to enjoy betting responsibly.

• Betting Limits: Limit your bet amount within a specific time period
